Cheesy Beef Enchilada Recipe

My Beef enchilada recipe is basically a dump and bake meal! Easy and delicious, wont break the bank and makes the whole family happy! I love this meal especially when i'm short on time!

Ingredient's:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 6-8 large tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (I use Mexican blend)

  • 4 oz green chillies

  • 1 1/2 cups enchilada sauce

Instructions:

  1. Start by browning your hamburger in a skillet over meduim heat. Add your green chillies and 1/2 cup of enchiladas sauce. Cook together until the meat is done and the sauce has been slightly absorbed.

  2. In a 9x13 casserole dish, spray the bottom with nonstick spray.

  3. Now, drizzle 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish.

  4. Start preparing your enchiladas by filling the tortillas with the beef mixture and place them single file in your dish.

  5. After that, drizzle remaining sauce over the enchiladas, then top with shredded cheese.

  6. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes and Enjoy!

Come to find out, it's beautiful! When we visit (which is often) we stay with family in a small town called oak Ridge. Some of the prettiest views i've ever seen are there! Home to beautiful mountains and huge lakes, also the Best pizza and bagel spots in the world. If you're looking for your next vacation spot, Give Jersey a try!

Getting in touch with Jesus

WHAT JESUS SAID ABOUT FORGIVENESS

Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. — Matthew 6:12 (also Luke 11:4)

forgiveness was a big deal to Jesus… enough to include it when He taught His disciples how He wanted them to pray. Jesus was not a fan of the “eye for an eye” policy (Matthew 5:38-42) that was the culture (sounds relevant today, too) and instead He taught them to turn the other cheek.

And not just turn the cheek but forgive over and over again.

Peter asked Jesus this about forgiveness:

“Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Since seven is the number of perfection, what Peter suggested was pretty epic.

However, the way Jesus responded blew them all away!

I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times. — Matthew 18:21-22 (*or seventy times seven depending on your Bible version)
